disappointed

i send a complain to this guys last week, i just receive just one call to find out what the issues, like before they told me they will come back to me they still checking the problem, even now no one called, this is happening for the third time in 3 month, i don't want your attention, i want you to remove your company under my name on my credit report because i already pain the loan in full 3 month ago, i mean why must i beg you every month to remove that credit under my name
