Disappointed

I am very unhappy with FNB. Recently I tried to log into my app and online to do some transactions and to my surprise my online banking had been deactivated, no explanation just deactivated. I reached out to fnb via email and Khensani Ndovela was assigned to my case. I highlighted very important information to Khensani that I am currently out the country and will be for at least 6 months and although my roaming is active I have limited cellphone access because I am at sea for months so my preferred method of communication is email as I have not changed my details but I have limited access because of where I am currently working. Khensani then provided me with feedback that I need to complete a form to reactivate my online profile, this is where my problem is. Why was my profile deactivated in the first place? Khensani could not answer that but decided to use that fact that I was abroad as an excuse... So here's the thing, I don't get paid in my fnb account but I transfer money from my American account to my fnb and then from once in a while I'll use my account for minor purchases. So the abnormal activity that Khensani referred to is absolute hogwash because my account has little to none activity. In addition to that if there was this alleged suspicious activity that led to my account being deactivated as alleged by Khensani why was I not contacted bro verify if I am out the country? Also the fnb app has that verification in place anyway, before you send an ewallet before you purchase something online it asks you to approve or report as *****. So if I haven't reported as ***** why would my app and online banking be disabled without contacting me? And why now I have been working abroad for years now and this is not my first time using fnb and transacting online while I was in another country so it makes no sense that my profile is deactivated without communication and for no apparent reason. I'm in no position to be sending documents at the moment, our passports bare held in crew office for coast guard purposes I work on a cruise ship and I have limited resources. I have never had this problem before with FNB and I can't understand why this has been done now
