Disappointed dissatisfied

I recently went into Fnb and was trying to see if I can get a loan. Upon doing the credit check I found out that there is an amount outstanding for a temp loan taken out in 2017, I thereafter asked the consultant to explained by was I not notified about this? The consultant could not give me an answer. I then called the temp loans department and was advised I was handed over to *******. Again I was not notified about any of this. I then called legal and they gave me other company to call, I called the company in question and was told my account is not with them, it's with someone else. I have been going around in circles for an issue that was my fault. I had funds in my account. The fnb system did not take out the funds, thats not a fault on my side. I wasn't notified about the issue and now I'm told I just have to pay the amount.
