Disappointed

I'm really disappointed with fnb i had a short term loan with them settled the account one year ago but the account it is still appearing on my credit profile called them for months to send me a paid up letter even today I'm still waiting can't apply for credit else where because of this loan when i call the call centre they just transfer me from one agent to another
