DISAPPOINTED
I recently declined a debit order mandate and disputed and STOPPED the debit order. I have to incur the reversal bank fees. To my surprise, the insurance debit went through again on 03 November 2023. How does the bank system allow this when my instruction was to STOP this debit moving forward..... THIS IS REALLY DISAPPOINTING

08 Nov 2023, 12:53No one has call me to resolve this issue, I still do not understand why the bank allowed the insurance company to debit my account after I requested that they need to STOP any debits from my account, over and above rejecting the debit order mandates. This simply means this will reoccur again month end and I must incur bank charges, this is really frustrating and unprofessional!!!!
