Disappointed customer 'Top up Debt Protect'

I am greatly disappointed in FNB. I am contacted weekly about different products on offer via telemarketing and reject them all, I have now checked my credit card bill and i have had R20 deducted for 'Top up Debt Protect'. I never gave my consent for this feature, how can money just be deducted from my account without my knowledge or consent? As a person that only has good things to say about FNB this was very disappointing not due to the amount of R20 but the principle of having funds deducted without any consent. I expect a timeous response. Thank you.
