Disappointed Customer

My husband opened an account in June/July 2023 so that we can have a "linked family account" to benefit from Ebucks. When he opened the account he was told he'll get the same reward level as I am. But it was never linked. Shouldn't this be automatically linked when the person opens the account? Please can someone assist by adding me as a spouse on his account?
