Disappointed Customer

I'm not happy with my Ebucks this month. As per the Banking app, I've not been given points for the following: FNB Life Cover Linked FNBy Account Will with FNB

But on the Ebucks website I've been given for SOME of them. I've also noticed that I haven't been given points for the past 2 months for the following on the Ebucks website

Have a linked FNBy Account(s) with a balance that grows by at least R300 per month (interest excluded)
