Disappointed customer
I'm having a love hate relationship with the bank. I paid off my temporary loan and it was a hassle trying to get a paid up letter. I had to lodge complaints because advisors had no information. Now after receiving my paid up letter,it still reports on my itc that I owe the bank. Whereas the bank said they would report that the loan has been paid up. Honestly held at ransom because I can't pursue any financing with this account hanging over my head. I have spoken to countless advisors at the bank,I've been on secure chat,Honestly this is terrible customer experience . My punishment for trusting what I thought was an efficient bank.

I received communication on the app which says it can take 5 working days to resolve,however I dot have 5 days for you to report to itc for an account I no longer owe. Please understand my frustration I'm careless at the moment because of an account FNB had the responsibility of reporting that it has been paid off. Please escalate this, 5 days is to long

Please assist with the removal of the temporary loan on my itc.The account was settled and I had a terrible experience trying to get a paid up letter only to realize that FNB had failed to report to the bureau that the account was closed.I am currently carless and my attempts to get financing is because of an account that you failed to report and closed.I have called in, emailed, used the secure chat and have spoken to a number of advisors. Please escalate the matter and have the account removed from the bureau RegardsNokuthula
