Disappointed customer
Money taken out of my account but i cannot see any transaction. Secure chat is also useless as i went from pillar to post just to hear it was “technical issues”.

Spoke to Darren regarding my above mentioned issue as they state the issue was fixed and corrected but no balance was amended on my account and balance remained the same. I could verify via the app as I was on a call with Darren and internet doesn’t work when im on a call as the phone only takes one sim card. He said I must hold and dropped the line with out bothering to call back. Totally disgusted.
