Disappointed Customer

I've asked a week ago (15/06/2020) for my Revolving Credit Loan to be closed after I've settled my account. The person I've spoken to told me how much to pay in. The person said it will take 3 days to be closed. Today it's still active. I even went to the branch to asked for it to be closed and the lady told me she can see that it was requested for. I even said to her I hope no payment will be taken from my Fusion account and she gave me a smirking answer, why would there be a payment deducted if you've paid it off. And guess what, there was money deducted from me. Could someone please explain to me why, since I've already paid the fees when settling the account.
