Disappointed Customer

I'm very disappointed with the ebucks I've received. I didn't get ebucks for the following things and I'm sure it now has made me loose out on a better rating.

Engen (perhaps I'm not sure what the new rules expect of me) Takealot Purchase Funeral cover (I used to get every month but this month nothing was allocated to me) FNBy Account (I've made a transfer payment to my account)
