Disappointed customer

I have been a customer at fnb from the age of 6 but this is my first experience that is definitely memorable, I have been trying to close an account with the bank for the last 2 years and still no joy, I keep being reffered to different numbers that are not reachable or you need to wait in que for hrs on end, my team bankers also have the same attitude I have no idea how this bank claims to be the changeables but there is nothing that can be done even though we pay for these services to assist us and be more convenient, it really is a waste of time.
