Disappointed client

Still awaiting my refund from a ewallet done 30 09 2020. I eventually tried to close my account down but then they said the refund wont be possible. Still awaiting a reply. After 3years of banking with FNB really disappointing. Would gladly appreciate some assistance an feedback on whats going on.
