Disappointed client
I sent an email on the 12 SEP 18 to have my surname updated. I was advised to email a copy of my ID and recent proof of address, which was emailed as requested. I received no response. I sent a follow up email on the 30 Oct 18, still nobody contacted me and my surname is still on my ****en name. I love banking with FNB and have been with them for over 10 years but when it comes to responding to a client you guys really suck hey. All I want is to have my married Surname on you records and on my bank statements. Is that so difficult?
