Disappointed client

I started at FNB with a BoB T account, 32 years later and I still bank with FNB. I've remained a loyal client of FNB for the past 32 years but I've come to realize FNB does not appreciate my loyalty. I recently app**** for a futher loan on my bond with FNB. One and half months later they are still wasting my time with excuses. Its been a difficult time for many South Africans for the past two years of lockdown due to Covid and during all that i have been faithful and never missed any payments. My loan has been approved but since thenits been one excuse after another. FNB slogan is "how can we help you?" but trust me they are not really interested in helping their existing clients. My advise to prospective clients who are looking for a bank that will always support you, dont look at FNB. After 32 years i am finally exhausted of dealing with a bank that does nothing for me and is only looking out for their own interests.
