Disappointed

I am very disappointed with FNB ive been with them for the past 11 years going for 12, ive been sending them emails asking for assistance and no one seems to care, i never ever had such bad service like im having now, during this difficult time that we all facing and the one thing you cant even do is depend on your bank, im considering leaving FNB and getting something else, im done
