Disappointed

I took a Temp loan since I was in a corner then I received funds elsewhere before receiving the funds I made sure I have stopped the deduction by selecting to stop any activity, but the money was deducted bare in mind my salary date so far I'm really disappointed and angry the consultant that i spoke saw it was an error in your side but couldn't take ownership and accountability
