Disappointed by this bank

I am disappointed at FNB being my business bank. I tried to apply to apply for the COVID-19 loan assistance and was informed that i don't qualify as our cash flow fluctuates. I mean which business does not have a fluctuating cash flow. secondly I was informed that my business would not survive after the lock down. How dare they, who made those predictions and how did my business stay afloat for the past three years. Thirdly, my business relationship manager disregards us so much it actually hurts. She never comes back to us for any follow up, we have to call her. I was informed by another branch that if my application was unsuccessful i was supposed to be requested to provide some type of security or assurance, but not me. Today I asked her why she never rep**** to my email and she blatantly told me she does not see the need to reply to such a company.
