Disappointed by the overhype of this bank and security

For a bank that markets itself very exclusively, FNB has left me questioning if their priorities are that of the best interest of their clients. It seems alot of effort is placed into marketing and campaigns rather than more required cybersecurity. Over the years my card has been compromised of ***** which required me to completely change my card and lose all history. It’s also rather frustrating that unexplained actions on my account such as upgrading to “gold” or “premier” is done so without my consent or any proof of valid consent. As long as FNB expects funds to arrive in your account it is also then allowed to be in a minus. Apparently this just how it is. Really? No control over my account? This experience makes it difficult to feel safe or valued as a customer. If FNB is considered for the hype, perhaps think twice- beneath the exterior their priorities seem misplaced.
