Disappointed by the bank I trusted!!!

I received money from my pension but the stupid bank will not release my money which I already waited for months to be paid from GEPF but FNB is just making it more worse. I sent the letter and explained the reason for the difference in the amounts reflecting on the letter which even the letter states anything and what was deposited to my account. It feels more like I’m not being trusted with my own money and I’m not sure if it’s got anything to do with the race. I feel defeated knowing I have money but I’m struggling financially because of a stupid bank that needed proof that I sent to them!!!
