Disappointed by service at FNB homeloans
Am very disappointed with FNB homeloans, i sent an email to *** on the 22 Jul 2020 requesting a concessionary document got an auto reply with a turn around time 24HOURS, today is 24 Jul 2020 still no reply from them.

25 Jul 2020, 09:26From poor to worst, after my complain i get a call from FNB on 24 Jul 20 around 14h00 the gentleman apologized and advised that the the department am looking for is SWAMPED and VERYBUSY hence they have not rep****, the guy said he will send me the forms that same day voa email and told me what i need to attache when i return the form, i should expect an answer between 24 hours and seven working days after sent.
To this minute the forms have not come thru to my inbox, i dont know if i have to wait 7 week days for an email as well.
