Disappointed by service

Bongani ndembe from FNB ***** department is not professional and sincere to clients. We call him for unblocking account and he didn’t get back to us yet and he have my partners banking details and reference number even now the account his account is still blocked and transactions can’t go through. Calling back and emailing customers with feedback sorting the matter is crucial ! I’m really disappointed
