Disappointed by poor service

I made a payment to a Nedbank and Absa account via immidate payment on Tuesday, the funds went off my account but the recepients did not receive it, when i go on the app under payment history ,the transactions says it succesful, communicated with fnb and they said I did not make the payment immidate and am very much sure i did so, this is such an inconvenience because the people are fighting with me as they need their monies, there is no communication whatso ever from FNB regarding this , this is irritating now and disappointing from such a bank
