Disappointed by personal loans service, there's no honest in some of call center consult Not knowing how it damage a client and reputation of the Bank

I went to FNB branch in Bellville Monday 2nd to apply for a personal loan I spent over 2hrs I gave consultant all my documents as requested , Tuesday I made a call checking status found out income declarered is incorrect "captured by FNB consultant" not myself, I did a rescore again,I kept on calling as I have Lost my trust with FNB consultant just to make sure nothing is Left out.on the 3rd around 12H29 I spoke to a guy Pharo who told me your Loan is Approved on payout stage I asked him morethan 3times he said I am sure mem told him I don't wanna go around shopping loans if the Loan is Approved I will wait he said he's " All calls are recorded for security purposes" later on I called spoke to Nondumiso Ndabezitha who told me your application is still in process I asked her what process because the guy told me it on payout stage ,she said according to my system they still need to verify documents I was so disappointed honestly how can a loan be approved due for payout and returned back to processing I requested she put me through to Pharo the guy who mislead me a person I found *********** to be on the client services department she kept me on holding until I decided to drop the call. I am very disappointed as I've been advised about FNB as the Best innovative Bank with excellent service, delivering on client on time as in now my status it still on processing being asked to wait 24 hrs again.why confusing client with information that's is Not accurate? why note being honest to a client than giving false hope remember no one can Just borrow Money for fun obvious there's a needy that is beyond my control being send from pillar to post & **** on being told to wait for how Long
