DISAPPOINTED BY MY BANKER FNB

On the 13th October I was withdrawing an amount of R1900 at Absa ATM, the money did not came out, the slip that pop out said the transaction was unsuccessful the money will be reversed automatically. I immediately called FNB they said the transaction indeed was unsuccessful its still pending so the money will be on my account by 21/10/2023 but I call them again to check whats going on, and I did call today, no one is answering positively like on the 13th, one of them the money did go back to my account of which it did not, I have been checking it since that day😡😡😡😡they just hang up, I'm so much disappointed by FNB service , I have been using this bank for so many years.

So its possible one of them ****med me while I think im being helped, if not where is my money????????
