DISAPPOINTED BUSINESS BANKER!!!!!!

As a business banker - I would like to remove a person from the internet banking and add a new one. Is this so hard? More than a month later, phone call, emails and still no respond of any kind.

I am moving my account somewhere they actually want to help me!!!!
