Disappointed

I transfer funds from one account to other - I call FNB to reverse the funds - I was told it will 24 hours for the funds to be reversed. That was 17/01/2024 - still waiting for money to reverse today :-( - talk about service “disappointment” - the place we trust our money safe. “This raises a lot of eyebrows”
