Disappointed bad horrble bank

Fnb is a jorrble bank tey let anyone just debit your account and then don't wanna dispute it tey tell me I must contact the company to get refund yet the company is refusing to and fan is useless in this case money is not.safe with fnb and I wil for sure be closing my account as soon as possible
