Disappointed

I am disappointed in FNB. I was moved from an fnb aspire account without my consent to fusion. On the 31st of January I was at fnb bedford gardens to close my credit card, then as months went by I'm told I was moved to fusion when in my possession I have a fnb aspire bank card. How did I move to fusion with out my consent? I complained on the fnb secure chat no help there as well
