Disappointed

Had a very bad experience with FNB, my account that I had, for quite some time, and being **** to from the same Financial institution that works with my money!

Debits were reversed, and the *********** staff that works for them is only a drop in the ocean. Two of my debits were reversed, contacted the help support, and was advised that it wasn't, and not only from one consultant, but everyone I spoke with. Got the proof that it was and now it is my problem that I have to pay it back.

Changing bank today! Without a doubt.
