disappointed at FNB overdraft procedure

Hi FNB, my husband is going under debt review - he is unemployed, but because we are married in community of property my name is also affected, but I am working fine, and I pay my loans etc. I would have prefered if FNB could have allowed me to pay my Overdraft off and make arrangment to have it reduced monthly instead of removing the overdraft in one go. I had no idea this would happen and now because I am not under debt review, I did not put any of my loans and priorities under the review so I still pay my creditors, as normal and this month I couldnt , I had to now ask my husband to borrow from someone and put money in my account - which I dont even know how I will pay that person now. I am so dissappointed , I know you have rules, but in order to be an understanding service provider , my bank, you are supposed to help me not make things worse

Reviewer Update
Good day FNB, I saw the replies you gave me on email with regard to the debt review, and that if a person is going under debt review the overdraft will be pulled away, now do you think that I did not call FNB about this before writing the review, they already gave me the reason for pulling the overdraft away all of a sudden. Does it not occur to you that if a person is bankrupt and applying for debt counselling they dont have cash flow, therefore if you just pull the overdraft away all in 1 month R15000 , will I not suffer with R15000 less this month.
my husband has to borrow R10000 from someone which we dont even know how to payback
you could of at least taken out R5000.00 a month - not to make it feel so bad
