Disappointed at FNB bank shocking

Money was deposited in to my FNB account by my husband also using FNB using the App. Two days later the money has not appear , we have visited FBN twice and still we have not received the money . Today the told me the the money has be smart block and will be released in to my account in 24 hour , yesterday they said 12hous today 24 hours . I think i will now go to the Ombudsman and open a case at the police station . I have been using the bank for over 10 years.
