DISAPPOINTED, ANNOYED AND IRRITATED

My name is Mmafusi and need FNB to reslove my query . Weeks ago i walked into FNB at Birch Acres mall to get information about what was required if i wanted to withdraw money from the 32 days without placing a notice, actually i wanted to know how much it would charge me and Sibusiso said R250.00 only and i could do it online and no need to queue. Now when i eventually wanted money and tried to withdrwa it now charges me R2700.00 I am not willing to be charged so much money becuase its a huge amount from R250.00. It took me a very long time to save that much money just to throw away R2700.00 away. I need that money ASAP but cannot pay that much. When i go back to FNB all they are saying is Sorry and that their consulant is not well informed about all FNB products. I dont undersatnd how they place a person at FNB who gives advices on information he is not sure of and even after the confrontation he continued to say R2700 was too much i will not be charged like that. I need this resloved as this money is needed urgently.

I have banked with you for a while and so does my husband and will not consider moving unless someone at FNB gives a solution that will not result in me parting with my hard earned cash.
