Disappointed and upset

I have been following them with my claim that I have submitted last month and the worst part after they took my laptop for repairs I was told that the harddrive is missing in fact I took the hard drive out of my laptop. The company that they are working with Curioure Guy driver took my laptop and did not package it in front of me now, I am to blame. Mind you my work depends on that laptop. They do not communicate with, every time I am the one who check on them no update nothing. They are very sweet when you take their insurance and it is a different story comes claim time.
