DISAPPOINTED AND REGRETTING

FNB is the worst bank. Again I inquired about paid up letter with a date of when was the loan taken and paid up. When will the update be done and the false missed payment removed from my report. Rahul Singh send me a letter that the loan is paid up. As if I don't know it's paid up. I NEED A LETTER WITH WHEN WAS THE LOAN TAKEN AND WHEN WAS IT PAID UP.

I haven't gotten any response after I send the email. To show that FNB doesn't care about their customers. They gave two different Reference numbers for one inquiry. One from Mavis Mashele and another from Rahul Singh. Do they keep records? If so why is it hard to give the relevant correctly dated letter? Between two people couldn't one checked on the system and see if there was an inquiry.

Do I have any guarantee that my inquiry will ever be solved? Or I'll end up with only a number of inquiry reference numbers and no resolution.

My account have been blocked I can't even make a bank statement. Chances are some consultant will call me about the the blocked account trying to solve an unnecessary problem. I NEED A DATED PAID UP LETTER FOR A LOAN I TOOK AND REPAID JANUARY 2022. A LETTER THAT HAVE A DATE OF WHEN WAS THE LOAN WAS TAKEN AND WHEN WAS IT PAID UP. WHEN WILL THE FALSE MISSED PAYMENT BE REMOVED OR WILL IT EVER BE REMOVED?
