Disappointed and frustrated with FNB temp loan service

The FNB temp loan service is great, I recently took my first one. Unfortunately there's nowhere you can check the outstanding balance, therefore I didn't know I was still owing. When my outstanding loan was overdue, I received an sms from FNB regarding the outstanding amount. I was informed if not paid immediately, it will be overhanded to their attorneys.

I have no problem paying what I owe, but when money was paid into my account, like every month end, the whole outstanding balance was taken. Now my budget is down the drain, and I have 3 kids to feed.

Like I said before I don't mind paying my debt, but now the temp loan service is no longer available to me. What am I supposed to do now? I'm very disappointed and frustrated.
