Disappointed and frustrated

Absolutely disappointed at the service im Receiving in all my years of banking with FNB.. Plus on top of it all my card was delivered to the incorrect branch and no1 took accountability I had to go all the way from phoenix to LA lucia to fetch because CCD delivered it incorrectly and LA lucia FNB branch accepted a wrong package and yet we pay so much for service fees monthly for this type of service

Now im told i can get a temp card which I dont want... this was supposed to be a breeze and here I am my business has to be put on hold because I cannot utilize my accounts properly why should I be inconvenienced for an entire week.
