Disappointed and disgusted with FNB mediocre service, worst ever

I'm disappointed with FNB for submitting wrong credit report, I requested them to assist me with rectifying that but no the credit card department is taking its time. I'm so disappointed with the mediocre service, I expected the best from them bearing in mind that I'm their private client. My credit report says that I have two credit cards with FNB whereas I only have one. I want FNB to rectify that ASAP, I'm so disappointed and disgusted at the same time. I've been with the bank for so long, I didn't expect this worst service from them... I expect my report to be updated.
