Disappointed and disgusted

Their customer service sucks. The app isn't working then when you call to get assistance from their customer service and you are left on the call for more than 20mins as though they are footing the cellphone bill for the duration of time you are holding on and noone will call you back..Are you short of consultants or your service is just simply LOUSY
