Disappointed and Angry

I am disappointed at FNB everytime you use their card I end up with a negative balance for no reason I have an excess item fee charged which I believe is *****ulent and money disappears on account without any explanation and I think its unfair.Yesterday I paid R115 on chartges today its R155 this nonsense. I simply swiped and withdrew R700 if this is the case I rather close the account because there is no ways of having money on the account.This is ***** on another level and no tells you about these charges when you open a business account.
