Disappointed 😞

I’m writing this with a heavy heart and great disappointment as a Law on call client.☹️☹️☹️. I am an occupant at an apartment owned by my ex partner and I’ve been occupying this apartment for 10 years now.I have an emergency whereby body corporate has put this apartment on auction. I’ve been communicating with Kagiso Katle from law on call regarding this matter, he has full details of it. I’ve asked law on call to assist with the matter however I was denied access to a lawyer. I’ve requested them to allocate and Attoneys that can assist me with the matter regardless of the fact that I am the owner or not to find the legitimacy of what the body corporates act. As a client I am going to be kicked out of a place without even having the knowledge of whether my ex partner is aware of this act or not as I haven’t been in contact with him for 5years.Law on call doesn’t want to allocate an attorney so that we either make payment arrangements or even summon my ex partner,so that we can find out what is happening, is he even aware of this. They just don’t care, they just giving me a middle finger. 🖕 so basically they saying be homeless we can’t try nothing. what am I paying for then? I’m going to cancel this policy cause it looks like they just want to save money 💴 I am a client who’s on an edge of being homeless and Law on call doesn’t care.
