I took up an fnb premier account . Apparently there was a promo where you get 2years bank fees waived. I even got an sms to state this When I messaged the fnb premier suite on the app They always don’t know anything What’s the point of having these platforms on app when no one takes accountability for anything and they say they know nothing of these promos I don’t understand now what I should do as it is false marketing
