Disappointed

They weren’t supposed to debit me as I have a contract with My Debt Hero that will be paying off my loans. But fnb still debited me last month. 1 out of 3 of the debit orders got reversed. I keep calling for assistance. Someone called me last week Friday. He said someone will call me during the day and no call from them yet. I’m so tired of this.
