Disappointed.

I am so disappointed in FNB services, i am still waiting waiting for feed and i had to make my own follow up, is either the consultant don't know what they are doing or they just want my matter to get out of the way. I am even doing my own tracking of were my money landed, their email is saying my matter will be resolved within 3 working days, those three working days passed, and now they are saying my funds were allocated to my personal loan, which one cause everything is paid off, and still owing them. I got an email from Sboniso after doing a follow up this morning. FNB consultants need training.
