Disappointed

Went to fnb century city for a loan on Thurs 13th Aug 2015,for a car finance.I didnt qualify because I dont have a driving license.Well and good,so I decided to ask for a personal loan,can u believe when I say that I was told I don't qualify for anything apart from an overdraft,credit card or revolving loan and of course a temp.loan.I am a platinum customer supposed to be vip but because I earn money from my insurance pay out(being boarded for life,medically),for life,I dont qualify because I dont work for a boss.So according to the FNB system,I cant even qualify for a home loan...this is the worst system in the world.Been banking with fnb for almost 10 years and am really disappointed...worst bank in the world and am closing my accounts asap!Oh just saying..FNB..how can we help you? Before I forget,spoke to my supposed banker,being a platinum customer..her name is Lerato,no idea or help came from her either!Just to mention,I have had more than I needed as a loan go through my account in the last 12 months...extremely disappointed!
