Disappointed

Fnb is something else I'll tell you. I've tried so hard 8n believing in them again but they fail me each time. So I have real issue at hand and asked fnb if they could assist me in my situation. They manage to send me an email and this email had solutions in it but it was never actioned. Numerous times I have sent emails to ask if this is still going to transpire as per their email..... I'm still waiting for just a reply back. If I knew back then what I know now, I would have never associated myself with fnb. Sad to say the least
