Disappointed

Fnb ***** department tell me,how are we supposed to feel safe with out monies in your account when you dont even take our cases seriously,its been a month already since you promised to give me a call but nothing..in total its 3 months,the 2 months it took for you to investigate and a month you promised to call to give an explanation…can we be taken seriously please
