Disappointed

Someone transferred money into my account and it never reflected on my side and she claims that FNB through the account details she had of mine accessed my account and told her the money is in there whereas it is not. I was then summoned to go to the bank to meet with her to resolve this issue even after calling the bank and I got reassured that the money was not in. I am now losing out on money as I was to be working since I need to be at the bank of which noone will pay me for it!!! I also want to know how it is that FNB can gove out information about a clients account to a total stranger. I am planning on taking legal action. I feel totally humiliated, disrespected and undermined in all this and I will take legal action
