Disappointed

I am so disappointed with FNB I have been calling the call Centre since the 19th asking for a paid up letter for my personal loan I was promised that it will be sent to me within 5 days. I don't know what do to now even yesterday I called and I was advised that it will be sent to me yesterday as it has taken long already. Please help!!!
